Today at school I did a fun esesment me and zharfan and noval was in interpersonal group did a cool blind fold game could the "stick the batik" game was good and people liked it even more!.We where happy because in interpersonal the moto is "if others are happy were happy" where 100% intrapersonal kind of kid's we have more than 3 friends we like to chat about cool things,and we like to solve problem in diferent way's. and don't sad if you are week in a lerning style. And alway's your good at something.

Learning Style Summative Assessment

Finally, we reached the end of our unit. Alhamdulillah grade 3 has completed our summative assessment today, Friday August 28'09. Students create booth in groups according to their learning styles. There were eight (8) booth; musical, bodily/kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, verbal/linguistic, visual/spatial, naturalist and logical/mathematic. Each groups have different activities that reflect their learning style.

Parents came as an assessor. They seemed to have such a great fun and hope learned something for the students. Parents fill the rubric given by teachers and make a thumb print on the circle of Multiple Intteligence after they visited a booth. Before ending the assessment studentd must fill in the reflection sheet. They must give mark for their own work and what can they do better next time.

Thanks to parents for helping to assess us, and for the grade 3 students congratulation, you have done a wonderful work. Also many thanks for other classes that have drop by and visited our learning style exhibition. Hope everyone learned something.

Singing Assessment

"Tak gendong kemana-mana...tak gendong kemana-mana...enak toh...manteb toh..."
"Lupa...lupa...lupa...lupa...lupa lagi syairnya...."

Those are some of the songs that the children sang in our Singing Assessment last Tuesday, August 11. They are given option to sing solo, duo/duet or in group. Everyone has shown their confidence and enthusiasm.

Teachers assessed them using the singing rubric. The criteria are; expression and style, performance, rhythm and specially for group, we add working in group.

Even after the music class they still sing and hum the song throughout the day.....maybe we could arrange a collaboration album hmmmmmm......... -Ms. Dwi- *PS: foto lainnya menyusul*

Outing to Grand Indonesia

Last Monday, August 10 grade 3 went to Grand Indonesia shopping mall. NO...we did not went for a shopping trip :) We went to see the 'Roadshow Seni dan Budaya Indonesia' and work together with the 'real' artists.

The goal of this activity was, the children must observe how the artists work and make conclusion of what learning style they used.

Children were divided into 3 groups: keramik (clay), kaleng (can painting) and Batik. Children then work in that group and experience working with the artist to create their own piece of art.

After they finished working, children must fill in the reflection sheet as a result of their observation. Each group representative then must share what experience they felt in their group work. Fhiiuhhh...some said that art was very hard, some said it is fun, its a way to express ideas and some even said it was confusing. Yet, the children came to one conclusion that, they could be smart in many ways, art is one of them.

Before we left the shopping mall, we rushed to see the famous dancing fountain, but we were 12 minutes late. Sorry kids, we missed the fountain show :(

Today in school we did a dance esesment!, it was very cool. the boys like me did indonesian songs like, tak gendong,bangun tidur (mbah surip), and kuburan band.but the girls some sing inglish some in indonesian.now a breking news the ball is stuck in one of the school's neibours house the breking news is from ory, he said he borow the ball from shcool so javi and ory that evening went to the house. we don't know what will hapen?maybe they will find it or will they?so they ask mr. Dimas for help but Mr.Dimas dont know how it hapened but mr.Dimas came to help so the rich neibour wont be cros.but the one ho kick the ball was divo.and i dont know ho he is. tomorow hopefuly their going to find it.alredy javi and ory pray so they will find it.by:aradi

Yesterday, we go to school library.In library, we have to choose 1 book that have paragraph and chapter.
I got 1 book and the title is: King Arthur.When the time is up we put the book to its belong and we get back to class.In class I do Islamic.After Islamic we have a break 20 minutes.We learned math, we have lunch 20 minutes and pray in Auditorium.After we pray we watch a video.
We have a test what is your learning style ? and go home.

On Tuesday learning I pray and I language after language I pray for snack time my snack is nugget.After

I snack I went to p.e. the p.e is fun but tired.My p.e is run,gym.ETC.After that i play, and go to class.

On class I do math.After I do math I do uoi the uoi is multiple intelligences.After that I lunch and shalat. After shalat I do english and go home.

Setelah itu, kita lari-lari di pinggir lapangan lalu kita mulai deh olahraga nya!! Olahraga waktu itu lari aku di baris ke tiga olahraga waktu itu asyik deh!Tapi ada yang aku tidak suka sewaktu aku lari kan di sana ada gawang habis itu aku kedorong sama Raka habis itu, perut aku kena gawang.
Sakit banget perut ku tapi tidak papah kok.

I went to music room to write a note for playing Recorder
tomorrow Thursday.Today we are not playing Recorder because today only three
children who bring Recorder today.After go to music room we go to computer room to write to day what i learned in school.
After Ict i learned Uoi and after uoi play time and lunch and we
shalat we learn we do Pe/sport and we go home!

pata-pata land of "afric" dance!!.....

If you know "Pata-pata" is a dance of happiness and culture but with a little luck it can be more good and not good but more good cool and finally its time to be discovered!.Well the school did it!. Our school is a a mix of education the place where kids make their brains and turn theme to one power of education happyness and ad a ton of fun and wala! there you have it al jabr islamic acosmic fantasy of plainless education and fun.

Totto-Chan

Hari ini kita belajar tentang Totto-Chan, ternyata, Totto-Chan senang bercerita! Sampai-sampai dia berbicara dengan Kepala Sekolah pun sampai 4 Jam!, aku dan teman teman membuat fisik, sifat dan cara berinteraksi dengan orang.


Kita tidak hanya membuat fisik, sifat dan cara berinteraksi Totto Chan, tetapi juga Sosaku Kobayashi (Kepala Sekolah).



Ternyata karakter Totto Chan itu tidak hanya senang bercerita, tetapi juga senang berbicara, munkin karena dia suka sokolah baru

Music Time

Hari ini kami pergi ke ruang Musik. Di ruang Musik kami belajar tentang meniup suling dan menyalin note yang ada di papan tulis ke kertas tapi karena kami tidak membawa kertas, jadi Mr.Fredy mengambilkan kertas untuk pelaran kami . Selesai Mr. Fredy mengambilkan kertas kami aku dan teman-teman ku mulai menulis sebenarnya kita juga harus membawa suling untuk di tiup tapi aku dan beberapa temanku tidak membawa suling.

Memulai menulis note. Saat Mr.Fredy sudah mengambilkan kertas kami memulai untuk menulis note ada beberapa temanku ada yang baru membuat garis, mencari penggaris dan ada juga yang sudah menulis note pelajaran itu pun berlangsung di ruang Musik dan di ruang Musik pun ada yang sedang mengobrol. Ms.Tanti berkata "5 menit lagi ya" aku dan teman-teman ku buru-buru.

Untung ada orang/teman-teman ku yang hampir selesai. Ohh ya judul note yang kita tulis itu Tiup suling ,dan waktu 5 menit itu di pakai untuk menulis note . Aku merasa senang walau aku belum sampai selesai teman-teman ku sangat sibuk memikirkan note itu dan kami membutuhkan konsentrasi sampai teman-temanku masih ada yang membuat garis ada juga yang hampir selesai. Akhirnya waktu 5 menit pun habis untuk di pakai untuk menulis note Ms.Tanti berbicara kepada kami "Waktunya sudah habis"dan akhirnya temanku ada yang sangat buru-buru walau pun sudah selesai ada 1 note yang terlewatkan dan akhirnya kita pun keluar dari ruang Musik dan bersalaman dengan cara yang aku tidak mengerti,sehabis dari ruang Musik kami pergi ke ruang computer dan membuka Blogger. Hari yang sangat menyenangkan.

Thursday at School

Today it was a great day at School.
Because I not sick again and I already go to school.
Our class studied: Islamic Studies,Music,Bahasa Indonesia,and ICT.
In Bahasa Indonesia we continued draw about Toto-chan.

After snack we go to music room.
In music room we write some note the title is "Tiup Suling."
I'm liked at Music room Because It's fun.

Finish the music we back to the class.
Then we go to computer room.
In computer room we open blogger and we write down in blogger. -Fasya-

Today In School

Today was a great day in school. We continued our bahasa Indonesia. We had to draw Totto-Chan and Sosaku Kobayashi (Principle), we write their name, their character, the keywords and we wrote the paragraph based on the keywords.

Next we did Islamic studies. We answered questions that our Islamic teachers asked and we read our Qur'an, Surat 5, ayat 101-105. Our Islamic teacher was Mr. Qosyim and Mr. Subhan.

After that we had snack time. I brought sponge cake, some apples, some water, and two chocolate snacks.

Then we went to Aljabr 1 and went to the music room. At music we wrote a new song (I forgot the title) We wrote the notes, I was finished but, I got 1 wrong.

Next we went to the computer room to have ICT. We went to Mozilla Firefox and search "www.blogger.com" and we post a new entry right now.
